Open Enrollment in 2018 Marketplace plans will take place from November 1 through December 15, 2017. Enrollment in expanded Medicaid coverage is available year-round. Special Enrollment Periods for Marketplace plans are available for consumers who experience qualifying life events, such as changes in their income, loss of coverage, or changes in their household size.
